I’m a proud mom of two amazing boys, an NPC competitor, a fitness lover, and a self-proclaimed foodie. My fitness journey started years ago with CrossFit, and it didn’t take long for me to fall in love with the challenge and discipline it brought. As I discovered the world of NPC competing, my passion grew even more—pushing my body to new limits and embracing the strength and confidence that comes with it. Along the way, I found my true calling: helping others feel like the most confident, empowered version of themselves.
